Had a small issue after my order and they sorted it out really fast. There was something about it that just felt easy and not stressful, so I was happy with the help.

I had an issue pop up with my VonHaus item after a few months and I was expecting the whole warranty thing to be a bit of a headache, because it usually is, isn’t it? But weirdly it was actually really straightforward.
I emailed their warranty support, sent over a couple of photos and my proof of purchase, and they replied quickly. No endless back and forth, no fuss, they just arranged a replacement and that was that. Really pleased with how easy it all was, and yeah, I’d happily buy from them again.

I ordered the storage rack and it showed up basically just like it said. The size, color, and all the bits were right, so there wasn’t any weird surprise when I opened it up. That part was nice, and it worked out fine for what I needed.

I ordered something from VonHaus but ended up returning it because it just wasn’t quite right for me. The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I expected and I had to chase them up once to get an update. Customer service did reply, but it wasn’t exactly speedy. Also, the reminder emails felt a bit aggressive, which was annoying when I was already waiting on my money back. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been smoother.

I got a VonHaus drill around a year ago and it’s been used plenty for jobs around the house. It’s still working fine, and the battery lasts better than I expected. Feels solid too, with no bits coming loose or falling off.

They did get back to me eventually, but it wasn’t exactly quick. It feels like spare parts could be made a lot easier to find on the website

The hedge trimmer starts up without a fuss and feels solid enough that I’m not constantly worrying it’s going to fall apart in my hands, which is a huge relief. Delivery wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it arrived fine, so no big drama there. My only tiny complaint is that the instructions could’ve been clearer, I did have a brief moment of staring at them like they were written in another language. Overall though, I’m happy with everything so far and my garden has survived the chaos!

The shape is clean, the finish looks tidy, and it doesn’t try too hard. for the price, it looks better than I expected.

I had to return a faulty lamp I ordered, and while it did all get sorted in the end, the process was a little slower than I expected. I had to follow up once to get the return label, and the refund didn’t come through straight away either. That said, the customer service team were polite when I contacted them, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not the quickest

I wasn’t expecting too much, mostly because I picked it out in a hurry and didn’t really measure everything perfectly, but it actually looks great in my kitchen. It’s nicer than I thought it would be
